Mothering!

Hi all!  I am sure you remember that Allison is in Honduras!  This is Jenna and I'll be "guest" posting this week :)

My job as Allison's Marketing Manager/Assistant is wonderful.  I am having fun working with a friend and love sharing her talent as often as possible!!  But nothing is quite like the job I have as a mother!  Mother's Day is May 13th and it has gotten me thinking about this task of mothering.  What do the kids think of the job we are doing?

Here are some of the answers I got from my kids when asked them these questions about mom...

1) i really love it when mom...cooks me food (will-13)

2) my mom likes to wear...b&w clothes (caroline-9)

3) my mom always tells me to...go outside and play (c)

4) the best thing she does is...kisses me (james -6)

5) it makes her happy when i...i clean my room (w)

6) my mom loves to relax by...putting up her feet (c)

7) i like it when she...covers me up (j)

8) the best thing she cooks is...chicken pot pie (c)

9) when mom shops she likes to buy...healthy things (j)

10) my mom's favorite household chore is...you have a favorite household chore? (w)

11) if she won a trip, she would go to...disney (j)

12) i love my mom because...she is my mom (w)

These are the times to cherish!  They grow up WAY too fast!  Look at these beautiful families.
